Some time ago I bought a carburettor heat shield for the TA to try to reduce or eliminate the hot start problems that occasionally crop up, and decided to fit it today
Unfortunately the XPAG engine under the TA bonnet doesn't have enough room to fit it. The only way it could be done is to cut the bonnet side and that isn't an option.
It'll be going on eBay soon to try to get some money back. I'll just continue to live with old Numbum being awkward when hot.
