Since we stopped doing this run we've been marshaling for them and today was no different.
Our section was Askrig bank, the first hill of the afternoon, so we didn't have an early start. We arrived at the Bainbridge lunch halt about 11.30 to give us time for a look around and a bite to eat before going to the hill.
I managed to get some video of entrants arriving.

Then it was off to the hill where I set up the cameras to video the action. I got quite a bit before the batteries gave up.
It took a couple of hours for them all to come through and once the closing car had collected our paperwork we made a dash for Romaldkirk to see what was happening there.
The village hall is open for refreshments so we decided to partake first. By the time we'd finished it was raining and all the cars had gone so the opportunity for video was lost.
We'd had a great day in mainly lovely weather and chatted to some old friends that we only see on this event.
